Phoebee Putney, Joel Wernick and Kerry Loudermilk and company must be forced to stop breaking the law through Medicare, Medicaid and insurance fraud.

Perhaps someone should look into the Attorney General's office and find out why the case against Phoebee’s fraud was just dropped. Could it be that someone from Phoebee has made a connection to the attorney working at the DOJ? Amazing that she was willing to prosecute full force and then decided to just drop the case.

I am being billed by a state run "not for profit" hospital in Ohio.
I am 61 years old and uninsured. I am being billed for 'lab work' even though I have NEVER set foot in this hospital or any of its affiliates or clinics.

Outstanding, I hope it gets shown at the Media Project in Northampton. We are dealing with our own Robber Barons of Baystate Medical here in the Pioneer Valley. It is an overwhelming task. And people are afraid to go up against the hospitals. But there is NO OTHER CHOICE. I am so glad you made this accounting. It is vital work. And so necessary at this time of Health care examination- I am so afraid that Obama is going to cave on his promise of advocating for a public option- or for single payer- and You have shown so clearly and profoundly Why it is Needed.

I saw the film at a teach-in on health care reform at Harvard Med School this Saturday, May 30th. What an amazing indictment of bad hospital behavior! It made me think that even if we get major reform that insures everyone, there will still need to be safeguards in place to keep hospitals from profiting off of sick people. The level of executive compensation you uncovered was obscene and thanks to Do No Harm, now I know how to investigate what my local hospital executives are making. Great job! Thanks!
